"When we reserved the ride we had requested info as to where to meet the driver at the Victoria Rail Station, and we never received the courtesy of a reply.
When we arrived at the Victoria Rail Station the porter assisting us called your agency to find out where your pickup point was located. We were told we would get a call back. We didn't hear back after what we considered a reasonable length of time, so we called again. The dispatcher said he would contact the driver and get back to us. Again, we didn't hear back after a reasonable length of time, and the porter had other guests to attend to, so we asked him to take us to a taxi rack and we hired a taxi at a far more reasonable rate, gratuity included.
We are quite disappointed in the lack of customer service from your company and have made alternative arrangements for our future reservation on May 16th. We respectfully request and expect a full refund of this bungled reservation back to our original form of payment.
